Based in Portland, Maine, Northland Enterprises specializes in commercial real estate development, including new construction, historic renovations and build-to-suit projects, customized to the needs of local businesses. Northland has been developing and managing commercial real estate throughout Maine, upstate New York and Vermont since 2001. The growth of our rental portfolio initiated the founding of Northland Management Corp in 2012.

The redevelopment of an abandoned mill building in Sanford, Maine won national recognition for Northland, with a Phoenix Award celebrating outstanding execution in cleaning up a former brownfield site and transforming it into a significant community asset.
1945 Congress Street | Portland
Northland recruited a major office tenant to anchor what is now known as 1945 Congress Street at the Gateway Office Park. The office park also includes a medical office building and a brand new club building for Lodge #188 of the Elks USA.
49 Raceway Drive | Gorham
Northland and their tenant Harvey Performance Company have moved forward with construction of a new 79,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Gorham. The company held a groundbreaking gathering with employees and local town officials August 2019.
