Brad joined Northland in July of 2012 after spending 10 years with a commercial construction management firm. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the School of Engineering at Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island in 2002. He currently oversees all new construction and development for Northland’s development projects, as well as overseeing the operations and physical assets of the entire property portfolio managed by Northland Management Corp.

Brad currently lives in Portland with his wife, Laura and their two young boys, Sam and Ben. When not coaching his son’s sports teams he likes spending time at his wife's family's camp on Lake Anasagunticook in Hartford, Maine.
